I must say this CD was a delightful treat. Lorna Dowell definitely brings back memories of female rock vocalists with attitude like Pat Benatar or Chrissie Hyndes or Joan Jett. This is a rocking release that hints at influences of punk and metal. The songs are catchy and the lyrics are pretty straight forward. "I Need A Vacation" is one of those fist pumping foot tapping energetic songs that you don't hear so often anymore. This band definitely bears checking out.
