No one can argue the fact that Anthrax is legendary. They've been around for 20 years cranking out great stuff. This is basically a double CD anthology of some of the tunes they released prior to John Bush joining the band. These tunes are sung by Joey Belladonna in that wonderful operatic style of his and interestingly enough, they did this CD in chronological order of how the stuff was released. You can basically hear the band growing over time. Definitely some great tunes on this. The second CD focuses on the last two records with Joey plus some other stuff they did. I think this is probably the most definining collection of Belladonna era stuff so pick it up if you haven't already and put it in someone's stocking this Christmas. They'll love you for it.
